• Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.
• Due to the custom nature of our products, personalized or made-to-order items are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

📦 Damaged or Incorrect Items

• If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it.
• Provide clear photos and a brief explanation, and we’ll make it right—whether it’s a replacement or refund.

🔁 How to Start a Return or Exchange

• Email us at llholland@kreative-twist.com with your order number, item name, and reason for return.
• We’ll respond within 2–3 business days with next steps.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or incorrect.
