📦 Processing Time
- Orders typically ship within 3–5 business days after payment is received.
- Custom or large orders may take a bit longer depending on design complexity. We’ll notify you of any delays.
🌎 Shipping Methods & Carriers
- We ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on your location and item size.
- You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships so you can follow it every step of the way.
🏠 Local Pickup (Merrillville, IN)
- We are not offering local pickup at this time, but will do so in the future.
- Local customers can choose free pickup at checkout.
- Pickup times and location will be confirmed via email or text once your order is ready.
💲Shipping Costs
- Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your order weight, destination, and carrier.
- Orders over $75 qualify for free standard shipping within the U.S.
📬 Delivery Issues
- If your package is lost, delayed, or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
- We’ll help track it down and resolve the issue promptly.
